Dancehall producer Russian Detained In Trinidad Then Release

Dancehall producer/deejay Russian, was over the weekend arrested in Trinidad for what authorities deemed as disorderly conduct.

Russian, whose real name is Tarik Johnston, was detained at the Piarco International Airport in Trinidad capital Port-of-Spain for using expletives and disorderly conduct.

The “Jeans N Fitted” deejay was later release according to reports by authorities who are tight lipped on the matter.

Last month Russian made headlines after it was alleged that he was robbed and shot several times in Kingston.

However, it was later revealed that the deejay/producer tried to stop a mob beating when he fired a single shot from his license firearm.

But another license firearm holder who was on the scene fired a shot in return. Its then alleged that Johnston ran, jump a wall and injured his shoulder.
